Simple Pleasures

• sleeping in on Sunday mornings
• spiced rum & eggnog cocktail hour
• enjoying the last season of my little white tree (it's so old now - it's shedding like a real tree and half the lights won't work - time to be replaced):
• photo texts of my little niece and nephew
• learning new things about my camera  (i.e. how to take super close-ups, like above)
• TV show marathons (Brian and I are currently on season 5 of The Sopranos)
• surprise mail from long-distance friends
• hair colour that isn't as permanent as it says it is
• turkey dinner leftovers for lunch
• looking forward to taking a break from all this jewellery-making madness (two weeks to go!)
