Confessions of a Jewellery Addict

It was always rare for me to ever wear, or buy, jewellery made by someone other than myself - unless it has some sort of special meaning to me, or was a gift from someone special. However, when it became apparent last fall that I was obsessing over every single piece of jewellery created by Stella & Dot I decided to become a rep for them (a.k.a. an "Independent Stylist" - sounds fancy, doesn't it?) I figured it would be a nice compliment to my handmade jewellery shop, and a fun & easy way to earn some extra money (erm, plus it s a good excuse for me to wear the amazing jewellery! :)

Anyway, I just had to share a few of the pieces from Stella & Dot's new Fall 2011 collection that I am in love (LOVE!) with:

First and foremost, this vintage-inspired serpent bangle...

 And I'm really diggin' this studded leather bracelet too!

Side note:  I don't know how or when it started, but my hubby and I started saying "jewellery" as "jooooray" - in a funny voice, of course - and for some reason it stuck, and now every time I read, hear, or say the word "jewellery" it's always "jooooray" to me :)
