i'm back from a wonderful trip to winnipeg but unfortunately am now super sick with the flu. needless to say, my hubby and i will not be doing anything special for valentine's day (although we don't usually anyways). we had plans to go out to eat at one of our favourite restaurants but since i can barely get out of bed, let alone eat, we decided to postpone our dinner plans.
i thought i'd share this cute little video that a friend sent me today...
the ukelele at the very end of the video looks like the exact same one we have - it's so cute, and yellow! we got it to play around with while camping but i am actually looking into taking some lessons to really learn how to play it... or at least a few full songs anyway.

at least this way, when you two do get your dinner out fix it'll be less crowded. v-day masses kinda put a kibosh on serene moments.
